Spreading the Yemin Orde Philosophy
The Yemin Orde Initiatives will disseminate Yemin Orde’s educational philosophy and programs to residential education and child welfare institutions throughout Israel with the overall goal of having a substantial impact on Israel’s national educational system.
Much of the implementation of Yemin Orde’s programs will take place through substantial staff training in the methodologies of Yemin Orde. This training will take place at Yemin Orde and on-site in the different educational settings. Yemin Orde staff will be trained to train and mentor their counterpoints.
The first year, 2007, will therefore focus on curriculum development and program cataloguing by an external educational program writer who will team up with Yemin Orde’s educational staff. The catalogue will also include a "how-to" section for the implementation of Yemin Orde’s programs into different educational settings.
An interactive website will be developed for the dissemination of best practices and for the use of program participants and other educational and child welfare professionals.
