We would like to thank you for your generosity and support of our village during this challenging time. Although the fire in December, 2010, nearly destroyed Yemin Orde, it did not dampen our spirit to learn and help make the world a better place.

At Yemin Orde, we are taught the meaning of generosity. In fact, we do not only talk about it, but we actually go outside of the Village to practice Tikkun Olam – to care for those in need, to help others, and to pursue social justice.
After the fire, we learned about the many people from Israel and from all over the world who cared about us. It is a great comfort to know that we are not alone. It was a relief to return home to Yemin Orde after damage from the fire was cleared away. We are now rebuilding our Village and looking forward to the day when this huge project will be completed.
Please accept our deepest gratitude for helping to make Yemin Orde a safe and comfortable home for us. Please come visit us on your next trip to Israel. We would be happy to welcome you here and to how you our beautiful Village.
