Staff
Like the children, Yemin Orde’s staff is diverse. Staff includes Druze and Arabs, and have come from Ethiopia, the Former Soviet Union, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Poland, England, Turkey and South America. Yemin Orde currently employs 50 full-time teachers and 42 part-time teachers (it is quite common in Israel for teachers to be part-time staff), 22 full-time professional counselors and 6 social workers, 5 part-time psychologists, 12 housemothers, 10 full-time and 2 part-time administrative staff, and 9 full-time and 1 part-time maintenance staff.
